Unlocking Efficiency with Precision: Side-by-Side Break Test of 340KG Hammer Product Witness the breakthrough in durability as Baoyan's proprietary high-chromium formula (Product C) goes head-to-head with the conventional technology (Product A) on the same production line. Complying with the highest quality standards demanded by our client, the hammers were deliberately broken for a direct comparison, validating a substantial boost in operational output. The refined microstructure of our innovation is evident, culminating in an impressive 50-80% increase in lifespan for our clients. Clearly marked on the cross-sections, 'A' represents the standard while 'C' stands for Baoyan's advanced metallurgical achievement. |
Self-developed high manganese steel, high chromium additives example:
GFH301-1 Material Introduction:
GFH301-1 is a type of high-manganese steel with excellent wear resistance. This steel's carbon and manganese content is higher than ordinary high-manganese steel, and it includes the addition of other alloying elements, which results in about 0.4% of microalloying elements in the steel. The introduction of GFH301-1 increases the wear resistance significantly.
The table below shows the main chemical composition and alloying elements.
Component | Brand Used | Quantity (kg)② | Element | Mass Fraction (%) |
---|---|---|---|---|
Carbon | C20-30 | 520 | C | 3.0-3.2 |
Silicon | FeCr58C8 | 400 | Si | 0.25-0.55 |
Manganese | FeCr58C8.2 | 60 | Mn | 0.50-0.80 |
Chromium | FeMn75C8 | 5 | Cr | 25.0-27.0 |
Molybdenum | FeMo60 | 20 | Mo | 0.8-1.1 (Microalloying element) |
Vanadium | FeV50 | 5 | V | 0.2-0.30 |
Copper | Cu | 6 | Cu | 0.55-0.65 |
Microalloying | GFH301 | 5 | GFH301 | 0.5 |
Impurities | P, S | ≤ 0.05 | ||
Notes: ① GFH301-1 contains 0.4% GFH301-1, 0.1% GFH301-2 ② The actual addition of each element can vary slightly, depending on the melting and refining process. |
